PaperWork Entegration Edition (PWEE) has been designed to work with your application full integration. PWEE has been developed in SOA architecture by Web services. Thanks to this infrastructure, it enables development and integration as to meet all organizational needs.

General Specification;

1. Can work on user or group base and be integrated with current user or group tables.
2. Documents are archived by cabinet logic. Unlimited number of documents and folders can be archived in cabinets.
3. Thanks to advanced authorization structure, users/groups can process on folders and documents within their authorities. Different authorization can be assigned in each cabined prepared. Previously prepared templates can be used.
4. Unlimited number of index group can be formed and these can be assigned to documents and folders.
5. Documents and folders searches can be done according to formed index groups.
6. In order to make data entry easy, data fields in list type can be created. Unlimited number of lists and data line can be created to use in these fields. Data entries can be standardized by assigning these data lines to index fields.
7. Deleted files are kept in the system until their deletion is approved by system administrator thanks to approval mechanism.
8. Unlimited number of document types can be defined. One or more of these types can be assigned to only one document. Assigned document types can be used in searches.
9. Check in/out process can be performed on documents. Old version of a document can be traced.
10. Shortcuts can be assigned to documents. Thus, it becomes possible to see a document in more than one folder.
11. Documents can be associated with each others. Unlimited number of associations can be defined to a document.
12. Documents can be saved either in database or on disk depending on the need.
13. There is no restriction in the number of defined user or multiple users.
14. A log is created for all the processed. These logs can be queried afterwards.

Technical Specifications;

• MS SQL Server 2000 or later versions, ORACLE 10g or later versions can be used as database.
• All structure has been developed according to W3C standards in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) by Web Services.
• Both Windows based and Web based additional applications can be developed by all the languages (Visual Basic, C#, Java, Delphi, PowerBuilder vs.) supporting Web services.
• All processes in current structure are done by way of Web services. Interfaces have been developed by C# using these services. The source codes of these interfaces are open. When needed, these interfaces can be used.
• Web Services are installed on IIS in Windows based servers.
• Application development help file is available. In this help file all services have been explained in details with their examples.
