AKBANK
PaperWork paperless branch applications have already started to be used by 8000 users in 860 branches with 6000 scanners, 5500 of which are Fujitsu made, 500 of which are other brands, and marks. Akbank Project is one of the largest scanning projects on distributed structure in Turkey.
"Paperless Branch" project aiming to increase operational productivity in branches of Akbank has transformed into a success story in a short time. The project has been realized by Akbank Project Team under the idea leadership of Sevilay Özsöz, deputy of general director responsible for Akbank Operation, and cooperation with G&G Soft. The project foreseeing saving, and sharing all documents without wet signature in electronic media has made easy many processes for document flow through whole bank, and addiction to photocopy in branches has been history. Akbank has made less investment on scanners thanks to scanner sharing application developed by G&G Soft. Furthermore, all fax machines have put away from branches thanks to fax integration by G&G Soft. It has been ensured that bank has made economy of 40.000 pages each day.

Fonleasing

Fon Leasing, the fund leasing company of Ulker Group decided to manage all documents which occurs in processes on departments starting with the marketing department where the first contacts with the customers made, and continues on departments where operational phases handeld such as operation, financial and accounting, on PaperWork. Documents archived on PaperWork will be shared by the predefined rules and permissons received from Active Directory. Created document types will be managed centrically thus will document sharing will be more effective, secure and time efficient.
Moreover , thanks to PaperWork Entegration Module, customer informations stored in current leasing application are opened automatically in PaperWork interface where users can reach these records and add related documents.

FIBA

FIBA, and Enterprise Factoring documents are entrusted to PaperWork.
FIBA Factoring has decided to manage over Paperwork all his operational processes starting with marketing department where first customer contact is set up, and continuing with other departments, and all his documents created in these processes. Documents archived on PaperWork have been opened to sharing with information taken from active directory within authorization limits. Documents are managed centrally on Paperwork. It ensures that document sharing between departments, and regions are realized effectively, and in shortest time possible. Processes like credibility, process documents, and internal approval of customer are managed, and reported on Paperwork document flow.

Electronic archive of Banking Arrangement, and Inspection Institution (BAII) are entrusted to PaperWork:
BAII has preferred PaperWork applications for software infrastructure in project of transferring organization archive into electronic media by scanning. In project completed at the end of year 2009, all documents in whole organization have been classified, scanned, and transferred into electronic environment. Organization archive consisting of approximately 10.000.000 pages has been opened to use of users within limits of authorization.

Finansbank Credit Card Application Forms Are Under the Custody of GGSoft
With the contract made with Finansbank, GGSoft has started to provide the service of processing the credit card application forms and other forms of the bank as a "service bureau". With the PaperWork FormMagic application, the most developed form processing solution of the market, all forms coming to the bank are processed with the OCR, ICR, OMR engines and converted into data.
The data, passing the developed quality control part of FormMagic, are transferred automatically in any desired format to the banking application with the export module.
GGSoft provides the solution, including specialist data entry operators, high-speed document scanners and FormMagic form processing, as a turnkey project. .

With our PaperWork API (Application Programming Interface) solution, Yapı Kredi Emeklilik uses the archiving feature of PaperWork to file the customer files in their self-developed CR application on the net. Beside this, with the made fax integration nearly daily 1500-3000 incoming faxes are archived through PaperWork API on their own CR software.
Simultaneously, with the routing solution of PaperWork, faxes from predefined numbers are routed to the related department. With the voice file archiving feature newly added to PaperWork API, the voice records of the calls gathered at the main phone exchange are archived and managed through PaperWork in the CR application. The management all of legal documents occurring intensively, the pursuit of case files and correspondences and the information-sharing of the attorneys in common cases in the juridical department of Yapı Kredi Emeklilik is made through the juridical document management system PaperWork LawSuit.

ABN AMRO Bank has chosen PaperWork© Document Archiving and Management Software as an electronic archiving and document solution.
