TUBITAK Uzay Teknolojileri Araştırma Enstitüsü

TUBITAK Uzay Teknolojileri Araştırma Enstitüsü, chose EMC Documentum product; Taskspace , provided by GGSoft &KoçSistem,  in order to meet internal workflow needs. With this project TUBITAK Uzay Teknolojileri Araştırma Enstitüsü employees will fill out and put into process nearly all internal forms such as  expense and job application forms electronically. Entegration projects will be made within their recent systems and Taskspace, in order to use data taken from these forms as an information for other systems.
Moreover, TUBITAK Uzay Teknolojileri Araştırma Enstitüsü employees got the education and training needed, in order to design and activate their own forms and processes for further/future needs from GGSoft consultants.

İSKİ

Istanbul Water, and Canalization Administration (IWCA=İSKİ)

IWCA with its increasing responsibilities and growing institutional structure has preferred EMC Documentum products for content management requirements. IWCA has started using EMC Documentum products in the project realized by G&G Soft, and Proline in order to meet requirements of content management needed in IWCA departments. These requirements consist of sharing, production, and management of documents used in whole institution, and tracing lifecycle processes of documents. Project management has been realized under the system integrator role of Proline, and Documentum adaptation has been passed into life by G&G Soft. In scope of the project;
· General Document,
· Archive Management,
· Law Document Management,
· Visual Content Management,
· Information Right Management,  
Applications have been realized. In Law Document Management project, all scanning, and indexing processes of law documents of IWCA have been completed by G&G Soft through service bureau services.
General Document
All correspondence between IWCA departments and external institutions is controlled by EMC Documentum based General Document software. Incoming documents are scanned, recorded, and processed in General Document department. After project has been completed, IWCA has started using one number in its correspondence. Application of standard file plan, and infrastructure of a total work extending from General Document to Archive has been prepared.
Archive Management,
With Archive Management application, Process extending from recording all files in organization, and department archives starting from General Document, transferring to organization, and/or government archives, and destruction has been realized by using EMC Documentum content management infrastructure.
Law Document Management
Documents in IWCA law department are taken under record by scanning in EMC Documentum. With works realized, integration with Law Trace Software used in IWCA Law Department, direct access to files over lawsuit, and bankruptcy records, adding new documents, and document management processes are ensured.
Visual Content Management,
Recording of Video recordings of works, and observation in Istanbul canalization infrastructure, conversion into different formats, automatic creation of previews have already started by using EMC Documentum Digital Asset Manager application.
Information Right Management
IRM - Information Rights Management modules towards advanced level authorization are taken into system. This authorization allows you to access to recorded documents in EMC Documentum for a certain time depending on user authorization, to read, to change, to print out from printer etc.

Istanbul Research Hospital


Archive of Patient's files of Istanbul Training, and Research Hospital are transferred into electronic environment by PaperWork,


The hospital has decided on PaperWork application, which is the most experienced solution in Turkey. In the project managed under the system integrator role of EML company, PaperWork application is provided by G&G Soft, and service bureau scanning services by EML. At the end of project, approximately 20.000.000 pages of patient's files archive have been transferred into electronic environment.


Patient's files archived on PaperWork have been used by over 1000 user within the limits of authorization. This project has increased productivity of hospital archive operation.
Health personnel can access very fast to all documents in patient's files on PaperWork within limits of authorization from a single center over computer system. Since there will be no need to bring, and take back physical patient's files from archive, no time is wasted, and you can give better, and faster service to your customers. Operation costs drops down.
As professionals dealing with health, time is your most valuable source. If it is not correctly used, it causes your job costs to increase. "Full Text Search" feature of PaperWork ArchiMed ensure that you can make a detailed full search on incoming/ outgoing faxes, all kinds of documents produced in computer environment, all documents from different sources by every kind of word or word group, and mathematical functions by using advanced query module, and find searched documents in no time at all. Since you do not lose time while reaching documents you desired, you get more time for your own work.

İSTAÇ


İSTAÇ has preferred PaperWork products as Document Archive, and Management software. What has played an important role in preference of ISTAC is that PaperWork products are easy to use, adaptable according to needs, fast and easy transition. Physical archive management is performed in whole organization by PaperWork.


BİTLİS PUBLIC WORKS CITY DIRECTORATE


As a solution to incoming/outgoing document, PaperWork© DocFlow flow application is used in whole directorate. Numerous documents created in the directorate are archived on PaperWork©. Documents have been designed in electronic environment in accordance with workflow of organization. All documents are circulated in whole directorate by DocFlow flow application. Public Works Directorate who has to deal with many documents has increased operational productivity, and shortened service time considerably thanks to this system

TUBİTAK UEKAE

Tübitak UEKAE, which is one of the organizations to be dispersing digital signatures, has decided to use PaperWork for the processing and archiving of digital application forms. After the application forms are scanned with high-speed document scanners, they pass through the ICR process with our PaperWork FormMagic solution; and the information is transferred into an electronic environment, automatically archived by indexing on our document management archive system PaperWork.
At the same time, beside the application forms, all documents with the necessary information of the organization and applicants are also archived and managed on the system.

GENERAL COMMAND OF GENDARMERIE

The archive of the personnel record files of the General Command of the Gendarmerie are kept on PaperWork. The number of the filed personnel record files since 1924 have actually overrun 200.000 files and 2.000.000 documents. This physical personnel archive is transferred with the 'service bureaus' service provided by G&G Soft into the digital environment and the management of the personnel record files began to be made on PaperWork.

BDDK

Electronic archive of Banking Arrangement, and Inspection Institution (BAII) are entrusted to PaperWork:


BAII has preferred PaperWork applications for software infrastructure in project of transferring organization archive into electronic media by scanning. In project completed at the end of year 2009, all documents in whole organization have been classified, scanned, and transferred into electronic environment. Organization archive consisting of approximately 10.000.000 pages has been opened to use of users within limits of authorization.
