It has widespread field of use in sectors like finance where there is heavy document traffic between center, and branches. This solution lets you control the process from scanning documents to arching, and indexing. With scanner sharing application, all scanners with no network support can be used by all users connected to network. In order to put standards in scanning documents, scanning adjustments are specified in center, and distributed from there.  All documents are transferred to system either immediately or at specific intervals. All these processes performed at the center can be reported in details. Documents are indexed, and transferred with their index information by FormMagic.
