PaperWork© Barcode Server automatically archives documents or batch documents (as long as they have a barcode at the first page of the batch). Since it works simultaneously with the PaperWork© Integration Server, it ensures that documents are archived through information obtained not only from the barcodes but also from the other systems.

Benefits ;

• Single pages with barcodes on them are scanned altogether. Each document scanned is transferred to the PaperWork Document Archive and Management System by automatically reading the barcodes on them, without the need for the intervention of an operator.
• It increases archiving speed for cases where the documents need to be grouped and more than one document need to be archived with the same index fields.
• In the documents that are scanned, there is a barcode at the first page. The server software that reads the barcode takes in all the documents without manual intervention and archives them at the relevant location within the archive.
• Over time, it gathers all the archives scanned with the same barcode at the same location within the archive.
