Information on specific fields of documents is processed into ready to use data. Gathered data is checked whether is inside the limits of expected values within predefined rules. After approval, data is automatically sent to demanded organizational source, CRM or accounting system by PaperWork integration server either in parts or simultaneously. All documents processes by FormMagic are automatically archived in PaperWork, and become ready for immediate use.


As in credit card application forms, it is possible to automatically transfer handwritten forms in Document Management System by ICR technology. Entering this kind of forms into system by an operator is much slower, and error ratio is higher.
