Quick archive screens developed for environments in which users race against time, do heavy scanning, and indexing shortens archiving, and indexing time.
Users can define shortcuts by way of quick archive feature of PaperWork. They can assign these shortcuts to functions keys on keyboard, and do archiving with one key. The name, and the place in the system of a document to be scanned can be defined, and shortcut is informed to the system. Unlimited number of shortcuts can be defined. Thus, naming, and archiving in a predefined folder can be done with a single key.

There is heavy document traffic in communication centers of organizations. Users here scan documents, and save into the document pool of the system. Workers can understand to which department document has come, but they can know with which index data, and in which folders it has to be archived. Documents saved in related document pool of communication center are taken, and archived by authorized person of the department.
