In the first phase of the project AYDEM Electricity Distribution, Paperwork will be implemented in Denizli, Mugla, Aydin provincial offices and Customer Service Departments located in districts for all transactions of current and potential customers.
All customer initiated demand oriented processes including; Incoming Document, Energy Power Cut Demand, Energy Permission Requests, Debt Inquiry, Fraud, Partial Payments, Fraud Advocacy, Duplicate Payments, Circuit Renovation, Counter Change and Control, Free Consumer Certificate, Contract Cancellation, Single Line Diagram Demand, Incorrect Installation Payments will be managed on the Paperwork Flow module with predefined standards. |
